In a world shaped by climate crises, conflict, and division, traditional classrooms fall short in preparing teens for real-life challenges. At
Beyond the Classroom, we offer leadership programs for teens in South Asia that go beyond academics, equipping youth with critical thinking skills, emotional intelligence, and tools for global citizenship.
Our after-school leadership programs, student dialogue initiatives, and skills-based learning workshops focus on holistic education for adolescents. Whether through experiential learning for high school students, international youth leadership courses, or teen personal development courses in Pakistan, we help teens become confident, compassionate leaders.
We believe that when teens are given responsibility and the right tools, they don’t just imagine a better future—they build it.

Beyond the Classroom Education, previously known as The History Project, began its journey at Cambridge Social Ventures (CSV)—the social incubator of Cambridge University’s Judge Business School. Since graduating in 2017, we’ve grown into a student development program offering high school student leadership trainings and future-ready skills for teenagers across South Asia.
Our leadership programs for teens and for individuals above 18 are rooted in critical thinking, confidence building, communication and collaboration. These programs span across South Asia and beyond, preparing the next generation for college, careers, and a globally connected world.

Youth Empowerment
We equip young people with the tools, skills, spaces and confidence to lead change in their communities and beyond.
Critical Thinking
We nurture a culture of questioning, reflection, and dialogue—so learners can navigate complexity with clarity and depth
Empathy in Action
We believe that understanding others is a leadership skill—and we embed compassion into every learning experience.
Collaboration Over Competition
We build communities of learners who grow together—peers, mentors, educators—through trust, dialogue, and shared goals.
When we started Beyond the Classroom, the goal was simple: teach what matters, even if no one else is teaching it yet.
We’re not here to replace schools—we’re here to partner with them. To bring the future into the classroom before the system catches up. From climate literacy to conflict resolution, we
design futuristic, focused programs that give young people the skills they actually need to lead, adapt, and thrive.
This is our bet: that education can be relevant, urgent, and deeply human. Let’s build that future—one meaningful intervention at a time.
